How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments securely through PayPal, including eligible credit and debit card payments. Payment is processed when you place your order, and you'll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.

Every piece is handmade, so orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order enters processing or ships.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Free worldwide shipping is available on orders over US$59. For orders below US$59, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your destination and shipping method. See our Shipping page for current delivery estimates.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and import taxes are prepaid by us, so you won't be charged additional customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 60 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a full refund without returning the item.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Which items are final sale?
Earrings and customized or engraved pieces are final sale for hygiene and personalization reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What materials are your jewelry made from?
Our pieces may feature natural stones, hand-braided cord, agarwood, and plated metals, depending on the design. Please check each product page for the exact materials used.
Are natural stones unique?
Yes. Natural stones and other natural materials can vary slightly in color, pattern, texture, and appearance. These variations are natural and make each piece unique.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes available dimensions, chain lengths, bracelet sizes, and other sizing information where applicable. If you're unsure about sizing, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep your jewelry away from sweat, chemicals, and prolonged moisture. Gently wipe it clean after wearing and store it separately in the pouch or box provided. Avoid scratches and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming?
We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or using perfumes and other chemicals — especially for porous materials such as agarwood and cinnabar, plated finishes, and natural stones.
How should I cleanse my jewelry?
If you enjoy the spiritual tradition associated with your piece, you may cleanse it under moonlight or with incense smoke. These practices are offered as part of the symbolic and cultural experience of the jewelry and are not intended as medical or scientific claims.
