1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Amuvara website (the "Site") and purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. Account Registration

To place an order you may check out as a guest or create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@amuvara.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that contain false information or are used in breach of these terms.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display products, colors and materials as accurately as possible. Because many of our pieces are handmade from natural stones, slight variations in color, pattern and size are normal and part of each piece's character — not defects.

Prices are shown in your region's currency and include applicable discounts. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability or pricing error.

Payment is captured at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days before dispatch. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Customs duties or import taxes for international orders, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

To start a return, contact us at support@amuvara.com with your order number. Approved returns receive a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and customized or engraved pieces may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

7. Product Care & Spiritual Disclaimer

Many of our pieces contain natural stones, wood and hand-braided cord. Follow the care instructions included with your order to keep them in good condition.

Stone meanings, symbolism and intention descriptions on this Site draw on cultural and spiritual traditions and are shared for inspiration and enjoyment only. They are not intended as medical, psychological or financial advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, symbols and designs — is the property of Amuvara or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amuvara is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for defective products under consumer protection legislation.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent people's court at the place where the merchant is located, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you a different venue.
