30-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging
- Earrings and customized or engraved pieces are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive faulty
- Gift boxes and promotional items should be included where applicable
How to Start a Return
- Email support@amuvara.com with your order number and the reason for the return
- We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable service — we recommend keeping your tracking number
- Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Exchanges
Prefer a different piece or size? The fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order — this avoids waiting for the return to arrive before your replacement ships.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days after we process the refund for the amount to appear. Original shipping charges are refunded only for faulty or incorrectly sent items.
